Women Techsters LaunchPad 4.0 is a tuition-free digital skills and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training programme organized by Tech4Dev under the Women Techsters Initiative and supported by the Internet Society Foundation. The programme is designed to equip female university students across Africa with practical digital and AI skills, mentorship, and career development opportunities needed to thrive in today's technology-driven world.
Through a five-day virtual learning experience, participants will gain hands-on exposure to emerging technologies, build practical projects, connect with industry professionals, and explore career pathways in the tech ecosystem. The programme is open to female students from more than 30 African countries, including Nigeria, and requires no prior technical experience.

About Women Techsters
Women Techsters is an initiative of Tech4Dev dedicated to increasing the participation of women and girls in technology across Africa. The initiative aims to equip more than one million African women with digital and technology skills by 2030 through training, mentorship, community building, and career development programmes.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be willing to actively participate throughout the programme.
