The Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS), in collaboration with Jobberman, has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP). The programme is designed to equip recent graduates with practical experience in Nigeria's digital payments ecosystem through structured training and rotational assignments across multiple business units.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure to payment infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, and product innovation while building the skills needed for long-term careers in the financial technology sector.

Successful trainees will rotate through different departments, including:

Participants will gain practical experience in digital payment technologies such as NIP, NQR, SANEF, AfriGo, payment switching, API development, fraud detection, transaction analytics, and financial technology innovation.

To be considered, applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid exemption certificate.
• Be 25 years old or younger as of 31 December 2026.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Have an interest in digital payments, financial technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related fields.
