Purpose Earth welcomes applications from individual leaders, social entrepreneurs, nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven initiatives whose projects align with the organization's mission.

Successful applicants are those leading projects that create measurable impact while addressing environmental, social, or cultural challenges.

Projects should align with one or more of the following themes:

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Projects that help combat climate change, restore ecosystems, protect biodiversity, reduce environmental degradation, or promote sustainable use of natural resources.

COMMUNITY ACTIVATION

Initiatives that strengthen communities by encouraging collaboration, improving well-being, promoting inclusion, and creating positive social change.

CULTURAL COLLABORATION

Projects that encourage creativity, cultural exchange, compassion, and stronger connections between people, communities, or sectors.

Successful grant recipients will receive more than financial support.

GRANT FUNDING OF UP TO USD 10,000

Selected projects may receive funding of up to USD 10,000 to support project implementation and community impact.

PERSONALIZED MENTORSHIP

Recipients will be matched with experienced professionals who will provide tailored mentorship, strategic guidance, and practical advice to help strengthen their projects.

GLOBAL VISIBILITY

Purpose Earth will showcase selected projects through its website and digital communication channels, helping recipients gain greater visibility and connect with wider audiences.

Applicants should note that the grant is intended to support project implementation, not general organizational expenses.

Funding cannot be used for:

• Staff salaries or wages
• Consultant or contractor fees
• Travel expenses
• Capital campaigns
• Conferences or sponsorships
• Prize competitions
• Projects requesting more than USD 10,000

Projects that have already been completed are not eligible for funding.

Applicants must:

• Apply as an individual leader or organization.
• Lead a project that aligns with one of the programme's focus areas.
• Submit an application written entirely in English.
• Ensure the project has not already been completed.
• Submit only one application per project.
• Reside in a country eligible under the programme guidelines.

Important: Due to legal and regulatory restrictions, applications from certain countries cannot be accepted. Applicants should review the official eligibility list before applying.

Additionally, Purpose Earth specifically states that applications written using Artificial Intelligence (AI) will not be accepted. Applicants are encouraged to write their submissions in their own authentic voice.

To submit a complete application, applicants must provide:

• A completed online application form.
• A detailed project budget explaining how the grant funds will be used.
• At least one recent professional reference letter (dated within the last 12 months).
• A one-minute video introducing yourself and explaining your project.
• A public or unlisted shareable link to the video (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, or other supported platforms).

Reference letters should come from someone who has worked with you professionally and can speak about both your experience and the proposed project.

All eligible applications undergo a thorough review and verification process.

The review committee will assess:

• The potential impact of the project.
• The clarity and feasibility of the implementation plan.
• How effectively the funding will be used.
• The applicant's ability to successfully deliver the project.
• The authenticity and credibility of the organization or individual.

Purpose Earth also conducts background checks to ensure all selected projects comply with legal and ethical standards.

Interested applicants should:

3. Create and upload a one-minute video introducing your project.
4. Complete the online application form in English.
