A fast-growing corporate organisation within the professional services sector is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR operations and support organisational growth.
The role requires a strategic HR leader who can manage recruitment, employee performance, workplace culture, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance while partnering with executive management to achieve organisational goals.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or a related social science discipline.
- Have 5–7 years of progressive post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a mid-management or supervisory HR role.
- Professional membership or certification with CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD will be considered a strong advantage.

HRIS & Enterprise Tools

Applicants should have a thorough operational understanding of the Nigerian Labour Act, statutory regulations, compensation policies, labour laws, and corporate compliance standards.
Strategic Talent Management
