The organization regularly conducts election observation, governance assessments, policy research, and civic education programmes across Nigeria.

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on governance, elections, and public policy.
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze research data.
• Prepare policy briefs, research reports, presentations, and analytical documents.
• Support programme monitoring, evaluation, and evidence generation.
• Assist with survey design, data validation, and interpretation of research findings.
• Contribute to advocacy materials and stakeholder reports.

Applicants should possess:

• A background in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Political Science, Development Studies, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
