The company is looking for a Data Analyst who can manage large datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and generate business intelligence that supports organizational growth.

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• Have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Data Management role.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to convert complex datasets into clean visual dashboards and actionable business insights.
• Candidates residing within or close to Victoria Island or Lagos Island will have an added advantage due to the on-site nature of the role.

Because this role directly manages complex telecommunications and operational performance data, candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Database & Query Languages: Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying, extracting, joining, and managing large datasets.
• Business Intelligence (BI) Suites: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for designing, deploying, and maintaining executive dashboards.
• Spreadsheet & Analytics Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelling.
• Statistical Programming (Preferred): Practical knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and automated reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

ETL & Data Pipeline Auditing: Gathering, cleaning, transforming, and validating raw operational data
from multi-channel internal databases to ensure data integrity.
Dashboard Design & Reporting: Building and maintaining real-time Power BI/Tableau interactive
dashboards for cross-functional management teams.
Trend & Anomaly Detection: Performing exploratory data analysis to spot operational bottlenecks,
performance trends, and revenue leakage risks.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Translating complex technical findings into non-technical,
high-yield insights for executive presentation and strategic planning.
