ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Opportunity Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact between the company and business owners across the United States.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential business acquisition opportunities, engaging company owners in professional conversations, and qualifying prospects before passing them to senior advisors.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training, including the company's internal qualification framework, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and communication processes required for working with international clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Contact business owners and executives across the United States.
- Build professional relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and qualify businesses that may be suitable for mergers or acquisitions.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior advisors.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
- Update sales pipelines and follow-up activities.
- Meet daily communication and performance targets.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants should:
- Possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Be confident speaking with international business executives over the phone.
- Own a reliable laptop suitable for remote work.
- Have access to stable, high-speed internet.
- Maintain a quiet and professional home working environment.
- Be available to work during United States business hours, including night shifts where necessary.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relationship management is an added advantage but is not compulsory.
