Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.A.), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a relevant Master's Degree (M.Sc./M.A.).
• Have at least three (3) years of practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, journalism, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Demonstrate the ability to explain digital communication concepts clearly through practical classroom instruction.
• Be available to work on-site at the institution's campus in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Candidates are expected to possess practical knowledge in the following areas:

• Platform Architecture: Strong operational knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Content Creation Tools: Practical experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other digital content creation tools.
• Communication Frameworks: Understanding of digital branding, online storytelling, audience engagement, campaign planning, and short-form video production.
• Digital Safety & Ethics: Knowledge of responsible online communication, digital safety, and ethical social media practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering practical classroom lessons on creating social media posts, captions, reels, flyers, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Preparing lesson plans, practical exercises, classroom assignments, and student assessments.
• Teaching students digital safety, online etiquette, and responsible use of social media platforms.
• Mentoring students on building professional personal brands, launching business initiatives, and pursuing careers in media and digital communications.
